I am thinking of opening a store in Greece. Would it be more convenient (taxwise) for my company to make it a subsidiary and not a complete new company and take it under the wings of the British company? If started selling material to Greece would it be more profitable for me and the company to transact with the British entity directly with the clients while having the Greek company as a intermediary or the other way around ?
