My husband is ex serviceman. Has pension. Works mainly for one company. He calls it part time but is employed by them on a weekly basis with varying days. Wages are paid only for days worked and he is not on a substansive contract. He also works as a lorrie driver when the company have no work for him.
The tax office have sent him a letter telling him he owes £3,000. We have had letters each yesr and they have said that his tax code is adjusted however this amount has increased each year.
The pension is taxed at source and apparently neither office talk to eachother. My husband needs help sorting this out
