We're a small business located abroad (Romania, inside EEA but with some restrictions applyable to workers) wishing to start a ltd company in Uk, London area. For this we may need at first a lot of advise from a qualified accountant, but once we understand what we have to do in acordance to uk legislation the workload will be reduced significantly, mainly due to the fact that we're working mostly in online marketing (IT&Web) - with no products or invetory - and that we have significant business experience in our home country (working continuously since 2004).

Our expected turnover in the first years won't require registration for vat or permanent worker; back here there is a requirement for any small business with no vat number (called microbusiness): mandatory hire of at least one worker right after incorporation. We're not sure if that's also the case in the UK, advice in this field will be apreciated.

Can you please provide us with the following informations:
- requirements and your fee for business
