Hi,
I am enquiring about the cost of an accountant to take our company from a partnership to a LTD Company. A bit of background information. We are a design consultancy based in Bristol called Mind Sketch (www.mindsketch.co.uk). Mind Sketch was formed in September this year and we are currently still in the early stages of building clients and contacts.
Currently we have 2 Clients, however one is unpaid so as you can imagine we have very little book keeping to carry out at the moment. On average its around 2/3 receipts and 1 invoice per month. However as we are beginning to increase our client range this will of course increase with it. I have created a book keeping system which is a very crude "home made" system but works for the little organisation we need currently but will not be something we can use forever.
We are looking for someone who can assist in setting up our accounts ready to become LTD however I will be carrying out the weekly and monthly book keeping myself. We will just need assistance when its comes to filling out our annual tax form. We are looking in the near future to take on 2 more members in Web and Graphic design and are very inexperienced with the logistics involved here.
