New research has found that in the six months after HMRC launched the Real Time Information PAYE scheme, small and medium sized businesses are counting the cost of complying with the reforms and a third of them see these as “unnecessary”. Furthermore most of these businesses who expressed an opinion have yet to see any benefits of the reforms.
